Pros - location , close to the beach, questions answered quickly, enough room for 7 adults and three children. CONS- the house was dirty. It was clean if you just took a quick look, however, bathroom mats were filthy, sofa in living room was dirty and pillows dirty. Outside was dirty, the lounge chairs were very dirty, chairs were dirty, grease all over the bbq and floor, golf area had old dog poop all over, and the course had broken golf clubs as well as broken flags. The supplies were VERY limited. I have been staying at AIRBNBS for many years, never were we only given one towel for each guests, no extra garbage bags or paper towels. We also paid an extra charge for our dog, which we did pick up all the poop and made sure the furniture was covered, as per the rules." (6/5)

Location was great( a few minutes from the beach) , the neighborhood was quiet. They have plenty of dishes if you want to cook. We also appreciated the different games for entertainment. 

Cons: There was something off with the pool. When our party got in it we slowly started noticing that when we touched the pool walls we would feel prickly and itchy sensation. We only got in the pool the day we checked in and for the rest of the trip and even after we left we still  had irritation and itchiness. After closer look we found little tiny pieces of what we think is fiberglass on our skin and bathing suit. That was a big bummer. The host was responsive and communicative when we mentioned the issues and they did try to do something to make it right. Hopefully they figure out the issue and are able to resolve. Besides this hiccup , this would’ve been a 5 stay stay." (6/5)

The set up of the house was nice with plenty of space to hang out either as a large group or separate if we preferred.
