1. Details make a better impression-toss the dead house plants, fix broken kitchen drawer, replace cracked ice cube tray
2. De clutter the yard-umbrella was tipped over, hose reel was all over the place instead of wound up nicely.
2. Storage-take advantage of closets and consider some additonal shelving in bedroom so people don't have to live out of suitcases." (8/5)
